Hotel Miramonti - Turin

I was utterly disappointed, the shower was so small it could barely fit my elbows, and I did expect a complimentary gesture after all this inconvenience. The noise from the busy road kept me awake all night, and earplugs as a solution? That's just ridiculous. I almost thought of giving a good review, but I just couldn't.

The room is reasonably large and well heated with air conditioning, also they can offer wake-up service. Nice touch to have a laptop-compatible safe, a mini bar and central heating...

Consider using the convenient tram system for easy access to city attractions. Guests have found it efficient.

We found the staff really friendly and the breakfast was better than expected, heaps of variety! But, man, the street noise was a bit much at night.

Spacious rooms with great views that brighten mornings.

I faced significant noise issues from the busy roundabout outside, which really disrupted my sleep. The furnishings felt quite outdated. After using the shower, I noticed issues with hot water availability, frustrating .

The rooms were spacious and fairly clean (except for the drawers though), the reception staff friendly, even though their English left a bit to be desired. The freshly baked Brioche for breakfast were very tasty. The location was perfect, right next to a tram station from where you could go directly to the city centre.

We reserved a parking space for our car, but when we arrived we were told the parking lot was full, so we had to leave our car outside. Neither the air-condition nor the heating in the bathroom worked, which lead to the room being too warm during the day and the bathroom too cold in the morning for a relaxing shower. Apart from the Brioche, the breakfast was poor (salami, sandwich-cheese wrapped in plastic and spread-cheese from the discounter) and the coffee from the machine was unswallowable, so we had to buy our coffee from the bar.

The staff were good and the room was clean and a decent size. The staff were very friendly and helped us navigate the city.

Amazing hotel, beautiful views from the top floor. Room was so large, more of an apartment that a hotel room. Breakfast was amazing, shame that we werent about on our last day to enjoy. Reception couldnt do enough for us.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, conveniently located near tram line 4, which makes returning to the hotel easy after a day of exploration.

One of the rooms was infested with ants. Transport necessary to get from hotel to most places of interest in Turin

It is a convenient hotel for day or 2 if visiting the city. It has a private secure parking. Friendly staff (they only speak Italian). Breakfast was good. WiFi works ok.

Comfortable Stay with Great Breakfast

Enjoyed the really good breakfast variety, especially the fresh options. The nearby restaurant was delicious too. Note that the Wi-Fi connection could be improved. The login procedure felt cumbersome. For future visits, navigate carefully when using the taxi recommended by the hotel.

The staff are helpful, breakfast is good, location when you have a car is excellent.

The floor was never wiped, glasses not washed and left in the sink dirty, elevator slow and always busy.
